大运动口诀：

二月抬、四月翻、六月坐、八月爬、十月站、周岁走、二岁跑、三岁独足跳。

 精细运动口诀：

三月玩手、五月抓手、七月换手、九月对指、一岁乱画、二岁折纸、三岁搭桥。

个人-社会认知能力口诀：

二月笑、六月认生、九月做再见，一岁示需要、二岁做游戏、三岁会穿衣。

怀孕篇: 产前检查

一直都想分享怀孕和生产的点滴，不过总是拖了又拖，真惭愧！😁😖


身边很多人对政府医药设施的了解不深 (包括我自己)，也没有什么信心，
不管有钱没钱都会到私人医院诊所去。😊
当确定怀孕时，就想说到政府诊所去做产前检查也ok呀，
才开始去了解现有的服务。


😄到政府诊所做产检的程序如下:

1) 先了解离家最靠近的Klinik Kesihatan (KK)在那里。
klinik kesihatan 不是klinik 1 Malaysia哦。
要注意KK孕检的规定是孕妇只可以到离自家最靠近的KK哦，
如果不确定最好先打电话去询问，以免白跑一趟。

2) 第一次去KK通常叫作开红簿子。
因为第一次去护士会登记资料，开档案纪录进一本buku rekod kesihtan，
Buku是粉红色的所以统称红簿子。
要带身份证，结婚证书正本(original)，一张有家地址的单据(电费单，水费单，astro都可以)。

3) 第一次产检的基本检查:
     a) 体重和身高
     b) 验尿
     c) 验血
     d) 艾滋rapid test

4) 最后跟护士会面，有什么疑问就可以提出。
护士也会给一个月的维生素丸。通常是Folic acid 叶酸，vitamin B, vitamin C, Iron 铁质。



>>> ☞ 通常到一间KK做产检的都是住在几个特定地区的。
KK又会把地区分成2或3个部门，
这样每次去产检都会见会回同个部门的几个护士，
她们也会比较了解个别孕妇的情况。

>>> ☞不管是坏孕多少周期都可以去产检的。
当然是越早越好，这样有什么怀孕风险都可以提早了解。

>>> ☞ 产检是每个月一次，两个月会见医生一次，
三个月会做一次超声波Ultrasound。
到七个月就要两星期一次，到九个月就每星期一次。

>>> ☞ 费用呢？第一次开红簿子时登记费RM1，过后是免费的!!
 所有维生素也是免费的哦~ 现在你应该知道你的income tax是缴到什么用处了. ^_^



我所遇到的护士都是满友善和负责任的。
个人觉得一般人对政府医药设施带有偏见是不公平的，
那里都会有害群之马吧~

But who can answer me since when Sungai Wang parking has became so expensive??

RM6.00 for 3 hours parking!!!  T_T

or maybe I have not been to Sungai Wang for too long???

Found out that I have a lots of ''home-works'' not done for the trip!!

btw, latest currency between Malaysia dollar & Taiwan Dollar is 100TWD to RM11.30.

This is due to recent drop of Malaysia Ringgit currency.

I used to imagine the exchange rate is 100TWD to RM10

(especially when watching Taiwan tourism TV programmes) ;

which only come to realize it was already a history!!!

 

Wishing the currency exchange rate could have climb up before I did the exchange tomorrow!!!

Movie - Faster

FASTER is a movie which I had recently watched.

which I did not know any of d synopsis & stars before I entered the cinema.

Chosen it just simply to filled up some free time with my dear~

Our conversation (roughly LOL):

dear: since we have time, let's go to watch a movie.

me: okay, wat movie to watch??

dear: eh... dont know leh.. u hv any preference?

me: ................... no idea wor..

dear: u just flip d newspaper c whether any nice movie to watch..

me: (glanced at newspaper) eh.. Gulliver's travel ald watch, skip d horror movie..

got 1 movie , but I dont know wat is it about...

dear: should be ok geh, just go & watch lor.

me: okay lor...

Haha, i know this is very crap, but that's what really happened when me & dear really going to cinema just for the sake of watching movie!
sometime we got lucky & caught some nice movie.

But sometime will 'accidentally' watched some ''rubbish'' LOL.

Back to the story..

Finally we watch the FASTER

the movie is generally about a prisioner (driver of a robbery) who taking action of revenge to people who had killed his beloved brother after his 10 years of prison life.

Overall the actions, gun shooting, drifting are very fascinating.

& there are some laughing points which really unexpected.

Which impressed me the most is the ending of the movie:

The cop said: I'm affraid to go to the hell, because the hell was made up of all the devil things I had done.

I can't really remember excactly how that phrase is, but roughly the meaning are the same.

The cop was chased after & killed by the prisoner, because he is the killer of prisoner's brother.

The prisioner was actually a soft-hearted person who did not hurt anyone innocent, but he is determined & turned to become a killer as to revenge after his brother death.

How true is the cycle~

When we did something bad, it will actually bringing effects to other things that will finally impact back to ourselves~

SO..think wise before you do anything..

MORALE of the story I caught ^_^

Random thought: Grow

Past by Sg Buloh KTM station yesterday,

as I need to pass by it almost everyday on my way back from office.

Suddenly it reminded me of something,
There was once upon a time, when I always travelled back from Uni to home by KTM,

& there was once I missed d station to get down & it reached Sg Buloh.

I was kinda afraid at dat time as I hv never took KTM to Sg Buloh before tat.

Of course in d end I still able to reach home safely.

But at dat time, I have never thought that I will need to pass by this KTM station everyday in future.

Is this a kind of growth & transition that happened in us without our notice?

During secondary school, I have not thought about living at somewhere far from home for study.

Afterall, I stayed in Malacca 1 year for study, lived there wif no frenz over there before I started.

When I started driving to Uni, & it takes me 1 hour to travel every week,

I couldn't imagine how if I need to travel everyday.

Afterall, I worked in Cheras which required me to drive everyday 45min for going to work.

& it goes for 1 year.

Now even worse,

Takes me 1 hour to travel to Shah Alam everyday.
But still I'm getting used with it.

Suddenly I realized I'm doing things that I have thought I would never able to do in the past.

Is it time really walk by so fast,

until I don't realized I'm growing,

& changing my life style?

I hope the changed were not a bad one.

& the changes is going to be good.

LIFE GOES ON~~

suddenly so many old moments flash back in my mind..

I missed those old days wif my dearest frenz..

appreciated all d bestie frendship very very much!

I realized I had gotten lesser & lesser time for myself, for my family, my dear & frenz..

I wish I can always be me & myself always!
